Nat Roth, MFTC

Nat Roth (she/her) is an experiential, somatic therapist who works with couples, alternative relationship styles, families, and individuals. Therapy with Nat is collaborative and experiential—integrating models such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with neuroscience, trauma-informed psychotherapy, and somatic practices.

Nat is working toward certification in both the EFT and IFS models, and is a dedicated learner who infuses each session with her innate curiosity. She actively pursues ongoing supervision to deepen clinical expertise, consistently engages in evidence-based practices, and honors the existential aspects of the human experience.

Whether working individually or with partners, Nat is dedicated to guiding folks toward deeper connections and compassion. In the therapy space, she integrates her humanness, offering a blend of soft directness and playful compassion, anchored in the science and art of therapeutic models rooted in Body-Mind wisdom.

An advocate for inclusivity, Nat actively fosters an affirming space for all bodies, races, gender identities, sexualities, and belief systems. This commitment is demonstrated through her ongoing personal work and allyship efforts.

Beyond her role as a therapist, Nat lives in the mountains and spends most of her time outdoors, enjoys singing and playing the guitar, and cherishes moments spent with loved ones, including her long-term partner and furry companion.

Nat sees clients via Telehealth using a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform. She has availability Monday-Friday. Her session rates are $160/50 minutes and $240/75 minutes.
