Anna (she/her) is a therapist who works with women and gender non-conforming adults who are ready to stop carrying so much alone—whether that's anxiety that won't quiet down, trauma that still lives in the body, grief that feels too heavy to hold, or relationship patterns that keep leaving them feeling misunderstood or disconnected. Many of the people Anna works with have been trying to figure things out on their own for a long time, and they're reaching out because they know something needs to shift—and that reaching for support is actually a sign of strength, not weakness.

Anna helps clients find their way back to themselves by honoring the wisdom of their emotions, deepening awareness of the mind-body connection, and learning to befriend all parts of who they are—even the parts that feel scary, painful, or hard to accept. Her work is grounded in an attachment-based, strengths-focused approach that looks not at what's "wrong" with you, but at how your nervous system and relationships have learned to survive.

Anna is an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist who welcomes people of all races and gender expressions. She believes that identity and lived experience shape how we love, cope, and connect—and that honoring those differences deepens the work. She strives to create a warm and caring environment where clients are invited to bring their whole selves. She has experience supporting clients with trauma symptoms, anxiety and OCD, grief, illness, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions.

Anna earned her Master of Social Work degree with a focus in mental health from The University of Denver. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a therapy that supports healing from the symptoms and distress that result from difficult life experiences. Anna is also working toward certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based, attachment-based approach that helps people recognize the emotional cycles that keep them stuck and learn how to create more secure, responsive, and loving connections—both with themselves and others.

Prior to becoming a therapist, Anna worked for over a decade in public education as a teacher and district administrator—experiences that deepened her understanding of how people navigate stress, belonging, and growth in complex systems.

Outside of the therapy room, Anna enjoys trail running, hiking, reading, practicing yoga, laughing at her cats, and connecting with loved ones.
