Justin (he/him) is a therapist who works with individuals, couples, and adult families who feel stuck navigating painful emotions they've been told not to feel—struggling with anxiety or depression that won't lift, caught in cycles of conflict or distance in their relationships, or wrestling with parts of themselves they've learned to push away or numb. Many of the people he works with feel exhausted from trying to hold it all together, disconnected from themselves and the people they love, or overwhelmed by life transitions that have shaken their sense of who they are.

Justin helps clients reconnect with the wisdom of their emotions, honor all parts of themselves, and notice the long-held narratives and defenses that may have once protected them but now keep them stuck. His work is grounded in understanding how we've learned to survive—and how we can move toward deeper connection, emotional flexibility, and meaningful change. He is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and is currently working toward certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based, attachment-based approach that helps people deepen emotional connections and shift relationship patterns that no longer serve them.

He has experience supporting clients with relationship issues, life transitions, addiction, substance use, depression, and anxiety. Justin has a particular interest in men's mental health and how societal messages around masculinity can shape the way people experience emotions, identity, and relationships. He also supports clients through the often complex transition into parenthood, helping individuals and couples navigate the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that come with this life stage.

Justin is an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist who welcomes people of all races and gender expressions. He is committed to creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly seen and supported as they explore and grow.

Justin holds a Master of Social Work degree with a focus on mental health from The University of Denver. Prior to becoming a therapist, he spent two years as a public education teacher and nearly a decade in healthcare consulting and management—experiences that deepened his understanding of people, systems, and what it takes to create meaningful change.

Outside of the office, Justin enjoys playing basketball, mountain biking, learning the saxophone, and spending quality time with his wife and children as they grow together as a family.
